currently we only accepts orders through our WhatsApp. Our website is a static page without online payment. All orders are processed manually.

Yes, we deliver PAN India through trusted courier partners such as India Post and DTDC.

• How long does delivery take?

Orders within Delhi and nearby states usually arrive in 3–4 business days. Deliveries to other states may take a little longer depending on location. You will receive a tracking ID for every order.

• What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD in select locations).

• Do you sell both new and used machines?

Yes, we deal in brand-new as well as second-hand sewing machines, along with spare parts and accessories.

• Do you provide warranty or after-sales support?

Yes, selected products come with a warranty, and we also provide installation guidance, maintenance tips, and repair support.

• Can I return or exchange a product?

Products can be replaced if they are damaged during delivery. For other cases, please contact us to discuss solutions.
